Guzmanya ; is a well-known member of a plant family of medium size, including pineapple. (Bromeliads) It is grown for long lasting and showy blossom. It loves heat but can withstand 10 degrees. A bright place away from direct sunlight is ideal. It should receive plenty of light. As the soil dries, water is given regularly. Excess water may decompose. Spray the leaves with water every day.
