Order cancellations, if paid to our company, you must make 2 hours before delivery by phone . The canceled order price will be credited to your account within 3 business days. It is not possible to cancel the products that have been serviced.

Returned Product

You can return the product you received without opening / destroying / destroying the packaging of the product you received without using the product.

In case of any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, usage and other situations in the product and its packaging and if the product is not returned with the condition it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and its cost will not be returned.
